Communication Skills for Increasing Happiness

A Compassionate Communication foundation training is a 15 hour training giving you the basic skills to practise CC.
This two day workshop will empower you to bring about desired changes in your life. It will bring crucial awareness to your choices and practise new ways to express yourself, to listen and to connect.

You will learn even more, and in essence it is a key life skill and a doorway to a new and much easier way to relate to other people in all areas of your life.
Throughout the program there are practical exercises to make sure that you have gained the new skills and can use them with confidence in real situations after the training.
Content includes:
- Disconnecting language - what doesn't work
- Empathic listening - a simple and amazing way to support others and to be heard
- Awareness and ability to connect with what is really going on inside you
- Awareness and ability to understand what is going on for others
- Freeing yourself from automatic responses, i.e. reacting, by receiving a message consciously - empowering you and giving you choice
- Making an observation without interpretation
- Awareness of true feelings
- Identifying the need or what you would like that could make life more wonderful
- How to ask for it in a clear way while staying connected and remaining open to other ways to get your needs met
- Expressing yourself with clarity and confidence
- Respectfully listening to others ensuring that you understand what is being communicated without loosing what is important to you
- What you can do to make it easier to reach win-win outcomes
- Fun exercises to get familiar with the new skills in a relaxed way
